To increase their business without adding staff, Trade West had been looking for a software solution that could easily be integrated with 4^th Dimension, their existing system platform.  A representative from Intermec, a producer of hand-held bar code scanner hardware, introduced them to business partner, CIRCA Information Technologies, who also works with 4^th Dimension.

Trade West anticipates a number of benefits from using CIRCA's Warehouse Management, Time and Attendance, and Procurement Management products. These include more efficiency and accuracy in the warehouse, man hour savings, and more automated purchasing capabilities. In addition, Trade West wants to be in a better position to implement EDI, the standard for electronic business communication.
