The Sony logistics operation of Sony Electronics distributes a variety of electronic materials and products.  Destinations are to various Sony locations and other companies worldwide. To improve its warehouse efficiency, Sony set two goals: to consolidate five separate warehouses into one main facility and to bring in a  automated inventory system to enhance operational controls and productivity. To help make the system a success, Sony chose Circa for support in implementation and training.
