Introduction

Circa Information Technologies is pleased to offer a Reseller Program that provides two levels of involvement. The objective of the program is to create a base of qualified partners who can provide local support and service to the end customer.

Our registered resellers will benefit in several ways. With Circa's products and services available to them, a reseller can further penetrate its existing customer base or by leveraging its industry knowledge along with Circa's products, attack a whole new market space. Our resellers will also benefit from the training they will receive as the Circa Reseller Certification process is completed.

Overall, the goal of the program is to build revenue generating opportunities for both the reseller and Circa.

Program Categories

The Circa Reseller Program offers two distinct levels of participation:

• Sales Agent Reseller, for resellers who identify qualified leads and participate with Circa in the sales cycle.
• Integrator Reseller, for resellers who have the technical resources required to implement Circa Software.

Registered resellers will be eligible to receive sales leads that result from Circa's overall marketing efforts and web presence.

Availability of Circa's experienced professionals to assist you in closing business.

Access to the same Sales Training and Technical Training that Circa's professional staff utilizes.

Access to Circa's community of vendors and their technical expertise.

In place IT professionals to augment the resources of your organization to provide seamless solutions to your end customers.

Profit Opportunities

Sales Agent Reseller Will receive a fee based on total revenue from certain elements of the project. The fee will be scaled to reward the capture of large opportunities.

Integrator Reseller  Will qualify to purchase Circa's software products at a discount from list price and have an opportunity to sell their professional services directly to the end user.

Reseller Eligibility Criteria

 To qualify for participation in the Circa Reseller Program and be eligible for its benefits, partners must meet the following criteria:

• Register for the program
• Sell to end users
• Sell in designated territories
• Complete required training modules
• Demonstrate competencies in lieu of formal training
