Under the terms of the agreement, Circa™ Information Technologies will add the iZation™ system to their ASP environment as well as resell the iZation solution to its national customer base of mid-tier manufacturers and distributors.  Likewise, iZation Systems will offer this combined end-to-end solution to small to mid-tier companies and resell Circa's suite of integrated applications.
